Kate Spade Anne pocket canvas planner
I made these dividers myself out of the Kate Spade holiday catalog. I laminated them and they're very cute, especially since they're double sided!

I had gotten this for my friend, and then she ended up getting a black Kate Spade planner. I missed having a pocket planner, so I ended up buying it from her for $15 and a Starbucks drink. I love it and I'm currently using it as a note taking planner. I don't have calendar inserts for it since I'm not sure if I want it to be my main planner.
