Time to make ALL the pocket sized dividers!

  • My job sucks, I'm only getting $9 and barely able to save anything
  • I finished with all my pre-op tests, and now I'm just waiting for my results and my surgery date!
  • I have laundry to do
  • I miss my boyfriend
  • I should probably vacuum my room, but I feel lazy
  • I have mixed emotions towards not going to school this semester
  • I miss some of my friends, but I'm tired of being the one to keep the friendship going
  • I want to see a movie but I'm most likely broke (I'm making this post on Thursday night)
  • I need to buy stamps
  • I probably need to still send a package

I've been keeping this a secret, well at least when I first went! I got a short hair cut @ Great Clips when they were having their new location opening deal of $4.99 for a hair cut. I thought it was a good time to try short hair because it's summer and so hot out, the price is good, and it's said that summer heat causes hair to grow faster than the usual times of the year. So far my hair hasn't grown as fast as I would of liked. Short hair, is surprisingly, a lot harder to style. The total opposite of what you'd think, right? Well, lately I've been using cheap sculpting gel after I first put a heat protecting serum and blow dry my hair. Sometimes, if I'm going out in public I'll use Murray's..

The only photo I feel comfortable with sharing:

Also, unfortunately, I only feel cute with this hair style when it looks like that photo ^ Styled nicely, with loads of eye shadow and liner on :/

Instagram Update

The Target $1 section inspired me for this, it reminds me
of their notepads!

I bought the middle (owl) kitsch knick-knack at the Goodwill a few weeks ago,
it looks perfect with my bird salt 'n' pepper shakers

My mom's hibiscus she's been growing, so far this is the
biggest flower she's gotten. It was kind of scary

No "Fantasy Friday" today, because it's now August 1, which marks, "No Spend August"

I feel like having a bunch of "fantasy" items on my blog will just make me want to buy more! I'm going to try really hard this month to not make purchases that aren't needed. So far, I've already returned my new Kate Spade planner I bought yesterday (cries) because it had some scratches on it. Instead of doing an exchange, I just got the money put back onto my debit card. I guess you could say I already failed at day one though, because I bought an iced coffee and $1 sausage burrito from Mc Donalds.... as well as using my 4oz free @ Yogurtland... I swear tomorrow will be better!
